Turns out, there were a few things slowing people down: unclickable areas and super long scrolls that had users hitting the back button quite fast.
Nearly 62% of users didn’t scroll past the second section, and key CTAs were barely clicked. Most engaged with pop-ups for support, while many struggled with the side menu. Plus, some design elements misled users into thinking they were clickable.
We made sure Meydan FZ’s cost calculator got the attention it deserved. Instead of being just another tool, it now stands out as a key feature, helping businesses quickly understand their savings and make smarter decisions.
