First up, we did a website audit – basically, a checkup to see what was working and what wasn't. They were experiencing a high bounce rate on their website home page. Turns out, there were a few things slowing people down: unclickable areas and super long scrolls that had users hitting the back button quite fast.
Nearly 62% of users didn’t scroll past the second section, and key CTAs were barely clicked. Most engaged with pop-ups for support, while many struggled with the side menu. Plus, some design elements misled users into thinking they were clickable.
I made sure Meydan FZ’s cost calculator got the attention it deserved. Instead of being just another tool, it now stands out as a key feature, helping businesses quickly understand their savings and make smarter decisions.
