Making enterprise AI assistants easier to discover and use

Colgate-Palmolive needed a central space where teams could discover, create, and deploy AI assistants across their everyday workflows. The vision was to bring OpenAI, Gemini, and internal tools together in one platform that felt clear, structured, and easy to use. The challenge wasn’t just about putting more tools in one place—it was about making a complex ecosystem feel approachable for people with very different levels of technical confidence.

With multiple AI platforms and a growing library of assistants in the mix, the platform had to bring a lot of complexity under one roof without making people feel lost.

I started by creating a clear information hierarchy for discovery. Search, curated assistants, structured categories, and familiar patterns like trending, recent, and pinned gave users multiple ways to find the right tool without needing to understand the entire system first.

The creation experience needed to feel as simple as having a conversation, while still supporting the depth enterprise teams need.

I introduced guided creation flows that break complex configurations into manageable steps, with a real-time preview helping users validate their decisions along the way. From the marketplace to the assistant detail layer, every screen was designed to reduce friction and make the next action obvious. Alongside the platform work, we contributed to the design system to keep components, states, and patterns consistent as the product grows. Figma, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics helped inform the work throughout the process.

The final AI Hub gave Colgate-Palmolive a clear, scalable foundation for bringing AI assistants into more internal workflows.

By pairing structured discovery with guided creation and transparent AI interactions, the experience makes advanced tools easier to explore, understand, and use. The resulting system supports faster decision-making today while leaving room for the platform to evolve as new capabilities and assistants are introduced.
